1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Quevly (https://www.quevly.com), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Quevly provides educational software for learning Bulgarian as an English speaker. Content is for learning support only. It is not a substitute for a qualified teacher, certified interpreter, medical professional, dentist or legal adviser. Medical and dental lesson content is illustrative language practice — not clinical advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or use Quevly with a parent or guardian’s consent where required.
4. Free access and Quevly Plus
New accounts may complete the full Cyrillic Foundations unit without payment. Features beyond that unit, including later course units, full Practice modes and the AI tutor, require an active Quevly Plus subscription as described in-product. Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and may change for new purchases; existing subscriptions renew at the rate agreed at purchase unless we notify you otherwise.
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the billing portal in Settings / Plus. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Plus access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer law and Stripe’s dispute process.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape course content, abuse the AI tutor, attempt to bypass paywalls, harass other learners, or use Quevly for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Lessons, software, branding and design are owned by Quevly or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own learning. You may not redistribute lesson content commercially.
8. Friends and community
Friends features are private and optional. Community learner profiles may include computer-generated companions provided by Quevly for demonstration and motivation. Do not share sensitive personal data in usernames or activity.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect translations, or any particular learning outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quevly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated reasonably in advance where required.
