Who we are

Quevly (https://www.quevly.com) provides a Bulgarian learning web application. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

Data we collect

  • Account data: email, display name, username, learning preferences
  • Learning progress: completed lessons, XP, streaks, hearts, achievements
  • Friends data you choose to share: username visibility, activity, leaderboard
  • Subscription status and billing customer IDs (via Stripe)
  • Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service
  • AI tutor prompts you send (processed to generate replies)

How we use data

We use personal data to authenticate you, save progress, provide Friends features, process subscriptions, improve the product, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Processors

  • Supabase — authentication, database and storage
  • Stripe — payments (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Anthropic — AI tutor responses when you use Tutor
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security. See our Cookie policy for details.

Retention

We keep account and progress data while your account is active. You may request deletion from Settings or by contacting us. Backup copies may persist for a limited period.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@quevly.com.

Children

Quevly is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us to remove it.
